This year, we step into our Power!

MellaMind Presents: Women in Power Series- Class Activations

Women in Power is a six week series of immersion into activation of Higher Self. Each week consists of mindfulness lessons, challenges, and enlightenment. Each week consists of classes of embodiment sessions one way or another. The class series is a way to experience the Women in Power break out sessions and challenges outside of the six week course which will activate in person again for six weeks beginning in April 2023.

March 4th- The Power Language Class

April 1st- The Posture and Stature Class

• Choosing the Right Shot
• The power of Candids and letting go of Control
• Powering forward with Confidence through Photography Sharing 

Each Beautiful Soul will get a before and after Aura and Energy shot as well as three HD digital downloads to post or have printed For Your Soul. 

This class is perfect for your upcoming love and Self Love celebration day on February 14th! After this class you'll be able to confidently prepare and take self photos, post or share without judgement, and step forward into your Power with said completed intentions. You are SO Powerful! The location will be somewhere beautiful in nature where your essence can be captured. 

Each section is an embodiment session, journaling prompt, mindfulness station, physical Being sessions, and sharing session led by Melanie and all of You! We all have something to teach and learn to and from each soul. Let's use this energy and be Collaborators of our future existence.
