During this hike we will:

• Meet like minded Intentional Living souls
• Mindfully Affirm intentions for 2023 New Year
• Initiate Power Pose and Walk for Highest Self Affirmations
• Verbally Affirm Intentions for the 2023 New Year as well as January specifically 
• Assist our bodies with a replenishing and empowering hike
• An enlightening Manifesting Meditation will be led by Melanie mid hike after snacks/ water intake 
• Set the embodiment of Self Love Intentions for the year ahead by committing to show up to our Empowering Power New Year Hike for your Soul
• Walk aways feeling refreshed, affirmed, empowered, and enlightened with your intentions and power moving forward.
